I have Skype on auto-credit, but it ends my Skype calls to tell me my account is out of money. In minutes it auto-credits the account and I'm able to Skype again. But it shouldn't be necessary to end calls like this; it's a technology problem that should be fixed. Does anyone know how to contact Skype to pressure them to correct flaws like this? Another obvious problem is that Skype does not have a clear feedback center, which is why I'm writing here (I'm a programmer myself, so I would like to contact Skype's programmers). Skype is great, a definite step forward. But unfortunately the company is lacking in openness to user feedback, and they have a few persistent technology challenges they have not yet risen up to tackling. --Paul

Best:

Tremendous step forward in voice and face-to-face communication.

Worst:

Even in auto-credit mode, Skype ends your call to tell you your account is out of money. And then credits the account a few minutes later. This should not have to happen as often as it does.

Skype has no clear feedback center, so they don't receive messages like this, and therefore don't fix problems like this.
