I have Skype on auto-credit, but it ends my Skype calls to tell me my account is out of money. In minutes it auto-credits the account and I'm able to Skype again. But it shouldn't be necessary to end calls like this; it's a technology problem that should be fixed. Does anyone know how to contact Skype to pressure them to correct flaws like this? Another obvious problem is that Skype does not have a clear feedback center, which is why I'm writing here (I'm a programmer myself, so I would like to contact Skype's programmers). Skype is great, a definite step forward. But unfortunately the company is lacking in openness to user feedback, and they have a few persistent technology challenges they have not yet risen up to tackling. --Paul

  • Tremendous step forward in voice and face-to-face communication.
  • Even in auto-credit mode, Skype ends your call to tell you your account is out of money. And then credits the account a few minutes later. This should not have to happen as often as it does.
  • Skype has no clear feedback center, so they don't receive messages like this, and therefore don't fix problems like this.
