Finally I can call my friends in Europe for free!

It's easy to see why Skype has become so popular. Not only those it offer classic instant messaging like MSN, it also lets you talk with your friend, and for free! The first time I tried it I was really impressed by how easy it was to use and the quality of the calls. Sure, sometimes, it lags a bit, or you get a bit of hiss, but being able to call around the world for free is priceless. Now that I have it I dont' know how I did without it!

Best:

Easy to use, free, can transfer files, can call phones with Skype Out, can make conference calls

Worst:

Need to buy a headset, need to buy credit to call phones
